You must pay before I start the commission.However, if you are not comfortable or unable to pay beforehand, you are allowed to pay half to start and the rest later.
You will not receive the complete art piece before payment.

Commissions are for personal use ONLY (icons, gifts, socials with credits, etc).
Do ask if you are unsure.

Estimated within a week. In case of queue, you will be informed when your commission is next.Progress is slowed if you are often unavailable during the commission process.

Refunds are unavailable unless the commission still a sketch AND cost above 35€.

Process:

As the client, you will tell me what you want, how you want it, and provide reference for the character/s. I will ask multiple questions to get a more detailed idea of what you want and confirm if it's doable or not.
For Custom Designs, a mood board or examples would work best.Once the commission is accepted and payment is completed, I will be in constant contact so please be on standby in order for me to progress quickly.In the sketch phase, you will receive a screenshot of a rough idea/s. This is where most changes would be made so do not be afraid to request any changes during this time!In the line-art phase, I will focus on turning the sketch into linework and will ask for confirmation after a large amount of progress. Changes can still be made at this time so do let me know as it will be more difficult to change after this phase.In the flat-colour phase, basic colouring will be laid out. You can quickly confirm the colours/patterns or request them to be changed.In the shading phase, shadows and highlights will be added depending on what you've requested and where the light source is from (eg light bulb, sun, screen, etc). Aspects of this phase will be on separate layers so if u would prefer something to be added or removed then it would be doable.Once you are satisfied with the art piece via screenshot, I will send you the full sized image and that's it!
If you only paid for half the commission thus far, you must send the other half in order to receive the full sized image.For the protection of my work, you will not receive the art file.
